Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Investors Hub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. You must not misuse listings, post misleading information, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
Accounts
Certain actions such as buying, checkout and loan applications require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
Listings & Content
Listing accuracy is important for trust. Products are subject to admin approval. Investors Hub is not liable for third-party listings but works to keep the marketplace safe and verified.
Payments & Financing
Payments, deposits and loan processing amounts (including the required KSh 250 loan processing amount) are handled through secure channels. Financing is subject to review, eligibility and approval.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Investors Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
