Keystone Land and Projects, established in September 2025, is a real estate development company focused on strategic land acquisition, subdivision, and value-driven property offerings in the Kenyan market.

While the company is newly formed, our founders bring over 15 years of combined experience in Kenyan real estate, providing deep market knowledge and execution capability. We currently manage two active developments, Green Haven 1 and Green Haven 2, with Green Haven 1 already achieving nearly 70% sales of its subdivided plots.
